Adding extra network card drivers to the windows install disk

I'm trying to find a way to add extra network card support to the default list of supported cards for w2k installation.

Powerquest drive image uses the w2k setup package to do it's thing(so the process should be the same) and i need to back up to a network store. Only thing is that the drivers that come with t don;t work with my hardware and i need to add the specific network card driver tio the bootable cd... Any ideas?
