Dual monitor problem

I have a user here that has 2 Dell flat panel monitors that are identical and using a single AGP card.

When the user opens an Word 2003 file with a table that contains highlighted rows and drags the document to the 2nd monitor, the highlighted rows do not display properly. Rows that have a light grey highlighting are not highlighted at all.  Rows with dark grey highlighting turn to a very light grey color.

The highlighted rows display correctly on the primary monitor.

NOTE: I already updated the video driver.

What else could be causing this problem?

First, try swapping the connectors to make sure the two monitors are exactly the same when used as primary.  Second, your video card may have a problem on the secondary output.  Try a different dual video card and see if that changes the display.  Third, make sure that both monitors are set to the same resolution and color depth.
