T1 crossover cable how-to?

I need to make a T1 cross over cable. I have the layout here : http://www.gcom.com/home/support/t1crossover.html
But I do not know how to proceed. I'm assuming it doesnt matter which colors I use on the cable, as long as I keep them consistent with above?

Based on the link above, can somebody show me how to do this (ie: what colors go where etc).
Thanks

Let me see if I understand

-One jack is terminated the same. It remains a normal straight thru

-The other jack, swaps pin 1 and 4.  And   2 and 5. All other colors remain the same?
