Hello experts:

I created a new version of a Windows applications (the .msi file) and send it to the user as a Win zipped file to install on his win2000 machine .(User has received other versions as a win zipped file and installed it w/o any problems).
This time the user says that when he opens the .msi file and selects INSTALL from the drop down box, he gets this message:

Cannot find file c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\VIEWERS\QUICKVIEW.EXE(or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.

Is this message a problem witho .net of winzip?

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Does this only happen on one machine?  If so, then it might be a File Association problem.
