I have a large network with about 100 users. I want to setup Mandatory profiles so I can streamline everything. I do not want the user to be able to save anything to their desktop or even download anything. I believe that some of this will need to be setup with a GPO. How to setup Mandatory Profiles

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter. It also had derivative versions for clusters, storage and Microsoft’s Small Business Server. Important upgrades included integrating Internet Information Services (IIS), improvements to Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy (GP), and the migration to Automated System Recovery (ASR).
