pocket pc connect to win2k server using telnet

dear sir
i have a pocket pc with gprs connection
my telephone comapny doesnt allow me to access through telnet which means all ports are blocked except port 80
internet explorer is acceptable only to the firewall
how can i access the telnet through a web page ?
please help

    If the server is running a telnet service on port 80, then it's the same way that you'd telnet to any machine, except you need to specify the port number (80).. I don't have a Pocket PC, but with standard Windows, you can create a telnet connection on port 80 like so:

    Start menu  ->  select Run...  ->  type "cmd"  ->  hit OK  ->  at the Command Line, type: "telnet servername 80"  ->  hit return
