Accessing Additional Mailboxes In Outlook 2003 Offline

Hi

I've got a user who is running Windows XP professional and Office 2003 on his laptop.  Outlook 2003 is set up to access the company exchange server remotely via a VPN connection and he is able to download a copy of his e-mails onto his laptop as Outlook was set up to work in cache mode.

The user has said that when he opens up Outlook and works offline, he can access his primary mailbox without any problems.  He got another 3 additional mailboxes but when he tries to select these, he can not access them.  I've looked on the internet but can't seem to find anything that would allow him access to these mailboxes offline.

I guess I could set up a seperate profile for each of the 3 mailboxes but ideally, if it can be done, i'd rather have it set up so he can access all 4 mailboxes offline under the same profile.

Any help given would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Traval

I explained to the user the alternative ways to access his additional mailboxes offline as stated by yourself but he decided to stay with the current set up for now.

Thanks for your help on confirming that additional mailboxes can not be accessed offline under the current ost file and also stating ways round this problem so that they could be accessed if need be.

Much appreciated for the help given

Dave
