I don't want my employees checking their web mail at work. Does anyone have a list of web mail sites? Or is their a way to do this without entering them all manually?

The easiest way, although not the cheapest way is to check www.isaserver.org for the current best web filtering plugin software. This will provide you with the ability to set access policies based on user or groups to particular sites and the majority of the companies that make the software have a section for webmail providers so that you can remove access to these sites. The added benefit is that you can expand this to other sites you might want to remove access to ;-) Bying off the shelf software also adds a good amount of value in being able to report on site access and usage etc so you should be able to build a very good business case for implementing such software.

Other than that you will have to enter the information in manually even if you script the rule import. Scripting has the benefit of being able to modify the rule more rapidly at a later date over fully manual entry.
