Check the tray settings on the printer. Make sure the paper type is correct(plain). If you select &quot;plain 8.5x11&quot; in the job and the printer thinks it has letterhead it will not use that tray. Also check the paper size.

 &nbsp; &nbsp; I have a HP 4600 dtn networked configured printer on tcp/ip that over twenty users access. &nbsp;Suddenly, two weeks ago, the printer stop allowing printing automatically from either tray 2 or tray 3. &nbsp;When a print job goes to tray 2 or tray 3, the printer panel prompts the user to manually feed paper into tray 1. &nbsp;If the user selects from the printer panel to print from tray 2 or tray 3 they must scroll through the menu and press the appropiate button. &nbsp; How can I get the printer to reset to automatically print from tray 2 or tray 3 without user invtervention at the printer panel. &nbsp;Thank you very much.
