I have a very weird problem with tabbing.  Every control is set to a tabstop and when I tab through the controls, I get back to the first control before visiting half of the other controls.  any idea whats going on here?  (I'm doing some weird stuff with setting the focus on controls and what not, but i don't can't seem to find any bug in the logic)

The only thing I can think of would be that you have the tab index the same for more than one control

What does the order look like when viewed with View | Tab Order turned on?  Tab index is a bit strange with C#, since each index is based on the parent control that it is in.  You can see that in the Tab Order view, because controls will be numbered (0, 1, 2, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, etc.).  If you look at the TabIndex property in the Property window, the tab index can be the same value, but it now relates to the container, and not the overall form.

found it, it had to do with the group ordering and some focus stealing i was doing.
