Book Recommendation

My duties at work have increased and i need to know how to administer Windows Server 2003 and Exchange 2003. What books would anyone could recommend to administer and setup an additional machine? I mainly need to know AD with a lot of GPO instances for the machines for server 2003. Any suggestions would be great.

I personally like the Microsoft press books.  Microsoft press Windows server 2003 pocket consultant is good as well as the Managing and Maintaining a Windows Server 2003 Environment. There is an Exchange one as well. Lots of good info in an easy to understand format.

Also, make use of the Internet.....there is tons of free info out there. Google is your friend :)
