IE print preview. Is it possible to manipulate the header/foot font size?

This question should be cross listed with IE stuff.  I would like to know if it is possible to manipulate the header/footer font size wether inside or outside the actuall page.  Whatever works will be used because this only needs to be implemented seldomly.

If you want a different font size in the print preview, then you could use css for print

example:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">
<html>
<head>
<style type="text/css" media="screen">
.footer{
    font-size:10px;
}
</style>
<style type="text/css" media="print">
.footer{
    font-size:30px;
}
</style>
</head>
<body>
<div class="footer">
This is an example. Click Print preview and you will see a much larger font.
</div>
</body>
</html>

Here I have defined to <style> sections, one for screen and one for print.

I think (s)he means changing the print header/footer and pagination (and not the top/bottom section of the html page).
So, here is my answer:  That is a user setting and cannot be changed with CSS.  Maybe an ActiveX component can do it...

GS is correct; it takes activex like: http://www.meadroid.com/scriptx/index.asp

Not free.  IE only of course.
