Cisco VPN Client stopped internet connection sharing...

i have windows small business server 2003 server and was working fine. This server is  a domain controller also. Network Card 1 is connected to switch and switch has 10 computers connected in our office.  DSL internet is connected through NetGear FVS318 Router to the 2nd network card. Computer on the domain are sharing files from server and internet connection also.
Network is like this..

Win2003 Server
|_Network card 1 - to the Network switch
|
|_Network Card 2 - to Internet-Router-Modem

Now before 2 days everything was okay but then I tried to install Cisco VPN Client software to connect to my university and while installing that some error occurred and somehow vpn didn't work. Error message came it wouldnt work. and asked to restart the server. so i did but after restarting i uninstalled the Cisco VPN Client and again restarted the server as it asked to do so.[Because i didnt know that i have to disable the internet connection sharing of server - and now i came to now ICS doesnt work with Cisco VPN IPSec client] .Internet connection on Windows small business server 2003 (server) is working normal as before i can browse all websites.  But local network internet sharing started giving troubles...client pcs are win xp prof. service pack 2 with security and cookies settings middle. Now they can access only google and gmail websites...when I type hotmail, yahoo or any common website it searches for long and no page found error...
So there is internet connection but not working! or say nearly not working...Microsoft outlook is also not working..
installing and uninstalling the Cisco VPN Client the problems started. I already uninstalled the NIC the one with internet access and reinstalled and configured router again. and i tried to ran internet and email connection wizard of the server to share the internet again. what should i do to start internet sharing again on network.
please guide me...help needed

Waiting for your answer and thanking you in anticipation...

Yep. That's the nature of the beast. By launching the VPN client and connecting to your corporate network, all other traffic in/out of this PC is restricted while the VPN tunnel is active. This is a major reason why this solution is as popular as it is - because it is secure.
Hang it up, because there is no workaround other than to *not* use the ICS machine to connect to the VPN, but use a different machine for ICS and then you can use the VPN on the ICS "client" machine.

Additionally, you say it was installed on a Windows 2003 server. Bad idea all around. Cisco does not support the VPN client on any Microsoft server OS version.
