Looking  to monitor bandwidth on a Windows 2003 server

I am looking to move server to hosting site and I am trying to determine how much bandwith the server  currently uses.

I am looking for a tool that would install on the server? I do not have access to router logs.

You could use something like MRTG to monitor traffic via SNMP.
