Published apps not loading

Has anyone had this issue and know about a fix for it?

We are using Citrix Presentation server 3.0 and occassionally when some of our users log in, they click on an application (such as Word) and it doesn't load.  The website just sits there.  These are users who were using it fine at one point and then all of a sudden this behavior starts happening.  It doesn't happen to all users.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

We have had similar isues and if all your MPS3.0 server are the same the problem is normally caused by user profiles.
Are you using roaming profiles?
If log off the users rename/delete theTS profile and then clear their profiles off of the MPS servers as you would normally. When the user then logs back on they have a clear and new profile.
If users log out and then back in too quickly you can get profile corruptions.
Good luck and I hope this helps

Thanks.  It appears it is a license issue.  I ordered some Terminal Server CALs and that did the trick.  Apparently this only affects XP Home pc's when using Citrix with Windows Terminal 2000.  Win2k Server only allows "per device" CALs as opposed to per user, which doesn't make sense to me.
