A way to transfer IE autofill data to a new system

I have a laptop user who has just received a new laptop.  He depends heavily on the Internet Explorer autofill feature which stores his passwords / user accounts for various websites.  Is there a way to transfer the autofill data from the old system to the new?

Thanks in advance.

I wish I could say that the info / program(s) found here:

did the trick.  Unfortunately I'm still working on it.

Another thing that might be worth noting is that the old system was a windows 2000 system and the new is XP Pro.  The IE versions are just slightly different also
6.0.2900.xxxx vs. 6.0.2800.xxxx

I was unable to get the new system to populate websites with the autofill data but I was able to use the rixler software from the first post to obtain all the sites and passwords.  I exported to a spreadsheet and gave it to the user for reference and that will get him by.  Thanks sunray for pointing it out.
