we run crystal reports thru a webserver. &nbsp;when i accessed the site before, it installed the activex viewer automatically. &nbsp;i am having some problems running the report now and i want IE to re-install the viewer again. &nbsp;how can i make IE display that &quot;do you want to install....&quot; screen again? &nbsp;i have deleted the DLL file in the downloaded programs folder and I still can't make IE to display the screen.<br />

i went to manage add-ons and when i placed the cursor on the DLL file, the update activex button is disabled.<br />
