I am writing an application that looks at dependencies and outputs from projects (Managed and un-managed) i want to be able to point my application at any PE format file and read the import section to see what it has as a dependency i.e.
MyDll.dll links to kernel32.dll.

Is there anything in C# that will allow me to do this?

by: has a FileInfo plugin for Total Commander that does that for unmanaged code. Last time I checked, the download contained C++ source.

For managed assemblies the DLL dependency is mscoree.dll. If you see it, get references using .NET methods.
