How to audit the changes of Shared and NTFS permissions on the Windows 2003 server

I will appreciate your assistance in giving me the info in regard to know to audit who changes the shared and NTFS permissions on the server.

    Go the the Folder that is shared Look into the Security > Advanced settings and add the Auditing there
