Microsoft access can't load 'xxx' format
I get the following error in Access 97
--- start of message ---
Microsoft access can't load '1000 BRUSS' Format.
The setting for this format in the windows registry is incorrect. You can't save the output data to a file in this format untill you correct the setting in the registry.
Run setup to reiinstall Microsoft Access or, if you're familiar with the settings in the registry, try to correct them yourself. For more information on the registry click help.
---- End of message ---
did anyone else already has got this message.
Can anyone help me with change the registry?
Thx in advance!

I would suggest the best way is to reinstall the software or use some software to fix registry
another way would be
start---> all programs---> accessories--->system tools---> system restore
and restore ur system
ur getting this message because windows xp is not fully backward compatible with access 97. though it will work but u will still have these type of compatiblity errors

Sorry Guys solved it myself.
The parameter run this program (access 97) was switched on to windows 98...
I've turned it off - regular modus and now is everything fine.
Thx anyway!
