Cisco 2950 swtich management

I can't remember how you remotely manage a cisco catalyst switch.  If you want to access the GUI of the switch, if that's even possible on a 2900, how do you do it?

Basically, what led me to this question is, how do I upgrade the IOS on said switch.  I am not connected to a network with it right now and I was just going to Xmodem it over.  I can't break out of the boot sequence.

I'm okay with Routers.  Switches still confuse me.

Any chance you can answer the first part of that quesiton?  I appreciate the answer you gave.  I did get it to break out of the boot seq and let me load a new IOS.  I appreciate the help.
Cisco 2900's come with a web admin interface.  To use it, you need to set up the switch with an IP address and of course, the machine you'll be using to admin the switch needs to be on the same network as the switch.  Once that's set up, just point your browser at the switch's IP and you're off.
You can also use Telnet AND
Cisco Network Assistant
