I would suggest you first check your RAM :

If your memory is clean, try "Last known good configuration" from Windows boot menu.

Also read this :
Demystifying the 'Blue Screen of Death'

and this :

Is there anything in your Event viewer (application and system logs)?
There should be an actual STOP error code with numbers when the blue screen appears.  Let us know that as well

After thinking about it further, try taking out half of your RAM for a little while or all of your memory sticks except one.  Try to cause this problem to occur.  If it does occur, take out the RAM that is in your computer and replace it with the ones you took out in the first step and try again.  If it doesn't occur any longer, then it may be a bad stick of RAM.

the memory was overloaded by the application opened adodb connections
i just made sure that all my connection is closed or terminated after each request
and it stopped from happening

the links helped me to understand that the major reason is from the RAM
and by this i was able to go back to my application RAM use
Today's RAM gobbling softwares do create problems sometimes, and it helps to have more and faster RAM than having a faster processor.

Judicious use of RAM defraggers / boosters can be helpful. I use RamBooster from http://www.sci.fi/~borg/rambooster/.
However, if I leave this program running, it slows my PC down, so I use it after using a big application.
