QuickBooks Payroll Accrual

We enter time data into QuickBooks however it doesn't seem to appear to hit our financial statments until we actually write paychecks. This really stinks because labor is perhaps the greatest expense on our books. Does anybody know of anyway to get QuickBooks to accrue the payroll liability when the time is entered?

Thanks

Thanks MCV22, none of the information on that link really accomplishes what I would like. All that I want is for my financials to show the latest payroll expense data. It doesn't show up until I process a payroll which unfortunately is 2 weeks later.

I kind of found a work around. Although it isn't ideal I will simply run my payrolls more frequently. It seems like QuickBooks only accrues the proper time expenses when you run a payroll. There doesn't seem to be a way around this. This really stinks because labor in our organization is perhaps our biggest expense.
