    Hi mnamiri,

There is no built-in way I know of to do this.  It'll require either a third-party piece of software or custom written code.  Going the custom code route I see two options.  One, doing it inside of Outlook using VBA which will probably require that someone initiate the synchronization and will definitely require that Outlook is running.  Two, write an external program and either have it employ a built-in timer or use a scheduler to run it at specific intervals.  A possible twist on this would be to write an event-sink to run on the Exchange server that'd watch both calendars, detect changes in real-time, and synch them automatically.
