SMTP error

I have a Windows 2003 SBS.  I have a problem emailing one domain through the exchange server.  I  establish a SMTP session.  When I enter the command rcpt to: followed by the email address, I get the following error ERROR:5.7.1:520 Mail accepted only via mx routing. All the mail to his domain is stuck in Queue.  I have check my DNS setting and have done nslookup testing and I am able to resolve the mx record just fine.  I have tried googling the error and had no luck finding an answer.  I really appreciate some help with this for I have been fighting this for 2 days.

Thanks

I have tested it and I know it is not an open relay, but we did just get the IP#.  So somone before use could have be blacklisted.  When I go to www.dnsstuff.com and test it there I do not get any failures but there are a couple of sites that have minor DNS issues.
I'd recommend running your IP thru a few RBL lists, here's one to try:

Also, you might consider posting a link to this question in the Exchange Server forum.
