Adsense not displaying targeted ads

Following a question I posted yesterday, I am also noticing that adsense is having trouble targeting ads in my pages. Since my site is new, I figure Google hasn't yet indexed it properly. At first it was displaying PSAs (public service ads) but now it seems to have improved the ads for the home page and a few of the inner ones.

I figure the problem should go away by itself given time. Should I just wait for a couple of weeks or is there something you can recommend me?

    It gets better over time.  Look in your logs for visits from Mediabot which is a version of Googlebot that comes to spider your content so Google can store your themes for the contextual ad database.
