NDISWRAPPER

I am trying to install the ndiswrapper. I have followed the instructions. I am getting this error

make -C driver install
make[1]: Entering directory `/ndiswrapper-1.1/driver'
Can't find kernel sources in /lib/modules/2.4.20-6/build;
  give the path to kernel sources with KSRC=<path> argument to make
make[1]: *** [prereq_check] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/ndiswrapper-1.1/driver'
make: *** [install] Error 2

Can anyone help.

I am a newbie and first time using the linux. I am trying to make my wireless card work with linux.
Thanks
