deleting files in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.server\Local Settings\Temp

I'm looking to clean up space on C before we add disk, I found a lot of "temp" files using space inC:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.server\Local Settings\Temp dir is it safe to delete everything in this dir?

Files in there are created when a program is working on something e.g. installation files, and should be deleted after. Just get rid of the whole folder, it will be recreated when required.
