Lotus Domino Cannot Recieved Incoming Internet Mails?

Hi All,

Our Domino server cannot received incoming internet mails since we change our ISP provider.

If i Enabled the SMTP Listener Task, We received this error:

- Unexpected TCP/IP error func: 0004h error Notes: 1C5B, NTI: 1000h, Stack: 00000009h
- SMTP Server: Listener failure: Unexpected TCP error.  See the Notes log file on this system for error code.
- Suspending listen task for 20 seconds due to network errors

*Our Setting *
Relay host for messages leaving the local internet domain: is pointing to our Firewall
R6.5.1
running on AIX5.2

on our firewall side we already change the ip of the new isp.

I can ping our Firewall both ip address & firewall name.
We can send internet mail but we cannot received incoming internet mails. But for our Local notes domain, incoming & outgoing is ok except for incoming internet.

Please Help
Thanks

This is the only link I could find that at least matched some of the words of your problem:
    http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/nd6forum.nsf/0/8b18a5ae2ade801b85256eb7003188bc?OpenDocument&Click=

You could search on Google using domino smtp 1c5b aix, then you get several links, some of the of fix lists with the problem solved in 5.0.4 already. The problem seems to me release-related. Via the Japanese question I arrived at
    http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21163127
all suggesting you'd better upgrade...
