apptv32.exe - Bad Image

"The application or DLL C:\Windows\System32\crhr.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."

The same message pups up for:

C:\Windows\System32\addcd.dll
C:\Windows\System32\winho.dll
C:\Windows\System32\msty32.dll
C:\Windows\System32\javaut.dll
C:\Windows\System32\ipje32.dll
C:\Windows\System32\ipdy32.dll

The just popup at random, apparently, not related in what is going on.  Each message comes up two time (has two click OK two times).

What these anoying messages are all about.

Sounds like some settings are messed up.

Have you installed any new hardware/drivers lately, if so see if you can download an updated driver.

Did this happen recently, can you do a system restore to take it back to a point before the error.

Do you have all Microsoft updates.

Check for spyware and viruses.

If all else fails you can always slap your XP cd back in and install XP over the top of your existing installation to repair/replace bad files
