Uninstalling FaxSTF 4.7 from Mac OS X 10.3.9

I want to uninstall FaxSTF 4.7 from my Mac OS X 10.3.9 system.  Beyond deleting the application from the Applications folder, what else should I do to remove the app and its components from the print functions and other parts of the system?

Goto http://support.smithmicro.com/
and search for "uninstall"

Thought I'd stopped this question- but your answer was right on. This is just what I did and removed about 6 or 7 things.
