what client are the users on--xp sp2?  or are they on different clients? Also, what browswer are they using to view OWA through--IE?   Are you using s/mime with OWA?    are you able to recreate the problem yourself?

The problem seems to be a local computer problem becuase when I use my laptop I dont have that issue. He does have XP SP2 alos uses IE. When you say s/mime I am not sure what that means.

s/mime is for secure attachments. Check out http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;883543

XP Sp2 has some known issues for OWA: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;883575

Also, see if his IE is blocking popups for your owa site. It might just be as simple as that.

Since it works on yours and not his, it's going to be a matter of finding out what's different in your configurations.
