2003 users login logs

Does 2003Server provide a way to report on user logins? If so, how is this accomplished and what is trackable?

    If you check your servers Event View.  Under Security, It should be logging who/when a user logs in

    Yes. Go Start>Programs>Administrative Tools>Local Security Policy(or Domain Security Policy)
    Click on Local Policy>Audit Policy change the AUDIT ACCOUNT LOGON EVENTS TO SUCCESS AND FAILURE.
    The apply the policy.
