CSS issue - can't click on link!

When you mouseover the Bio link, I call a function that changes the innerhtml of the div the link was in so that it displays two links.  In Internet Explorer, you cannot click on these links, and I can't figure out why...

I'm also having trouble changing the hover style for those links...

Any ideas?

Remove the event handler from the DIV tag, I mean this one: onMouseOver="doSwitchOn()"

Like this:
<div class="thea" id="switcher" name="switcher">
<a onMouseOver="doSwitchOn()" href="http://www.whatever-you-say.com/Bio.htm"><b>Bio</b></a>
