I don't understand your problem.  Are you trying to print a single page report?  Do you have the potential for the report to span multiple pages?

    Accepted Solution

When there are too many item, what do you want done?

You can limit the number of items on a page using the NEW PAGE AFTER option on the detail section.
    Open the report
Right click in the left maring of the designer in the DETAIL section
Select the formula button next NEW PAGE AFER

    recordno MOD 15 = 0

Change 15 to the number of items you want on a page.

You could also suppress the detail section in the samemanner with

    recordno > 15
