Redhat linux is outdated and not officially supported anymore. The successor of free redhat versions you can download is now called fedora-core project. You can go to that site via the redhat homepage. Click on the "fedora" link.

http://www.redhat.com/

If you want to stay with official redhat server version, the current version is 4, but you can't get it for free (I guess a trial version may be possible). Also for that check the redhat site.

There is also a clone product for that, it is called CentOS. That is free and you can download it from

The ISO images for RedHat 9 are still available at ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/9/en/iso/i386 and some mirrors.

I suggest better to use fedora core 3.
