I am having trouble getting the OWA to work in Exchange 2003. I am getting the error :

Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

When I try and access

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You need to have directory browsing enabled on the /Exchange virtual directory.  By default my /Exchange virtual directory has everything enabled (script source access, read, write, directory browsing, Index this resource and log visits).

What sould I have in the path?

I currently have two servers, one web server, and one exchange server.

The web server needs to have OWA access to the exchange server elsewhere on the network.

I don't believe that you can do that.  With Exchange 2003 the OWA has to be on the Exchange 2003 box.

What you'd need to do is either have another Exchange 2003 server acting as a front end (which is expensive and often impractical) or use ISA 2000 or 2004 (or any reverse proxy... like apache/squid..  would do).
