Binary Trees

I need a tool that could help me to draw a binary tree with input more than 64 elements...user gives the elements and it has to generate the tree for the elements entered.

Very urgent...A tool or software or a template....

Hey mate, I got some good hits from this search query http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=software%20engineering%20visual%20tool%20generate%20binary%20tree

Why don't you start digging while we look for something for you in parallel ;)

Free Tool: ZipGrep

ZipGrep is a utility that can list and search zip (.war, .ear, .jar, etc) archives for text patterns, without the need to extract the archive's contents.

One of a set of tools we're offering as a way to say thank you for being a part of the community.

You are looking to find a tool to draw them such as a Visio like tool only automated to draw the circles and links or are you looking for dynamic code to generate a BST?

It isn't hard to write my man...  Binary Trees would be very easily written for to dynamically generate.  Think about it... number of inputs then map them in a doubly linked list.

I mean, heck... Java even already has a data type to do it!!!

Instead of looking for a tool and wasting many many days asking us to look for one, why not try to write one and ask a question that we are more suited to answer.  (Writing it would take at most 2 hours for a novice programmer)

Thank You for your wise suggestion.....~Aqua

All i have to say is....i already have a program for the same ....but it could only generate the table of the binary tree as follows....

Left_Child       Root        Right_Child
NULL            0.233           .34
0.27            0.34              0.44443
.....
.....
.....
.....

ANd so on.....

Now every time i cannot draw a tree structure for my documentation part which include a set of more 300 elements every time....becoz i have several such sets.....Hope u understand my problem

I would appreciate if u can respond  me ACCORDINGLY.

java has an api to draw rectangles and lines.. calculate the root node and the leaves and you can draw it yourself as well.  I'm sure there is a template out there for the code but it is simple enough to just write on your own.

http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/api/java/awt/Rectangle.html
^---Rectangle
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/api/java/awt/geom/Line2D.html
^---Line

There is your answer for drawing to the screen.
