Error 2147206458 Access denied when running Crystal Reports through Active X

I keep getting Error 2147206458 Access denied when running trying to pull up a Crystal Report through an ASP. It works well under my username, but it does not work on anyone elses user name. Someone please help. This is urgent

    Check security privileges on your IIS. Try checking the option : allow anonymous connection for a start. Are you using Crystal Enterprise? If yes, try to run the report directly too. Example : http:\\myserver\reports\report1.rpt?init=actx

    If that isn't the problem, then please show the code used to run the report.

    Thank you for your help.....I had to restart my IIS Admin service on the server and it worked.
