got an alert....from NAV   ...Torjan.Domcom

I run Windows Xp Pro ...I ahve NAV running....I get an Alert..Torjan.Domcom.
NAV shows...."cannot access the file"
How can I get rid of this Torjan.....painlessly.

    Try running NAV in Safe Mode after turning off System Restore:
