Print Engine Error on crystal report 8.5

Hi, I got the Print engine error in one of my report. So i increase the records 20,000 t0 200,000 But still i got an error after that. I follow the below link.

Whether i need to disable to 0 value insted of 200,000. I am not sure about that.
Any one help me on this.

Thanx

Maybe there are more than 200 000 records if you still get that error.
Have you tried maxDBResultRecords 0 ?

I never try maxDBResultRecords 0, I will try on this. Is there any way to find out what is the total number of records.

Do a query where you count the number of records.

No, Because developer done the reports. Now i am doing administrating entire crystal report server.  So i never add any query to count the number of records.

Select Count({MyField}) from {MyTable}
Where (whatever your criteria might be in your report)

Do this query in SQL Query Anylyzer or whatever tool you have available to you. Then you'll get the number of records that'll be printed in your report.

Ok i will do the query, But mean while my print spooler service goes down, Is it because of  i set to 200,000 records max. Get out of memory ? I am not sure about that.

"printer operation cannot continue due to lack of resources. The print subsystem is unavailable" i got this error. Is it because of i set to 200,000 instead of 20,000. Pls help me on this error.
