Auto creation of mail account

I have been setting up alot of domain accounts recently for customers, which include a free pop3 account, the problem i'm having is the customers always contact me when setting up their outlook mail account.

Is there a way to automatically perform this using VB?

For example:-

User enters damain name (i can code this)
User enters ID (i can code this)
User enter password (i can code this)
Click go and an account is setup in Outlook (this is where i'm stuck).

The app will also need to setup / gather the connection type. (just covering all eventualities)

A similar sort of procedure as when you subscribe to an ISP and receive one of their installation Cd's

Thanks in advance
