Our company is growing beyond the capacity of SBS 2003 and we need to implement a full blown AD with 2k3 Standard. What is the easiest way to do this. I need to be able to migrate over all of the users from the AD that resides on SBS. Will I be able to get a 2K3 box up an running and replicate the data? I'm looking to do this ASAP.
