Hi there,

I wrote a function to create a thumbnail of a larger picture. Works perfectly!
The problem comes from when I try to put that function in our Utility DLL .. the System.Drawing namespace is just not available!?!

So I guess my question is why is that and what can I do about that ?!
any suggestions ?

thank you very much for helping !
