Ftp Client

I've been using WS_FTP95 because it's simple to use, but it is annoying when the connection timesout so quickly. Is there a free alternative that has either no timeout or a timeout that can be configured?

Thanks

I believe the timeout should be configure at FTP Server Side, it's NOT a problem of the FTP Client that you're using.

I think filezilla is an awesome free FTP client.  lots of configurations.

time out is set on the server side, however you do get client that send empty packets in order to make it look like their active.

I would think that most FTP clients have this feature.  FireZilla is a fairly decent open source client for windows

Filezilla looks good. My timeout problems have not been due to inactivity, I set it uploading a load of files and it get halfway through then stops with blocking call message, so then I have to workout what it's not uploaded and reconnect.
