Web from Multi pages

I would like to have a form with multiple pages, how I would do that?

exe first page I have Username and Password, when he click next, I get his information (name, address....), and after he click submit everything goes to the DB.

    Technically, thats not possible.  You can't have a form span across multiple pages.  However, there are a couple ways you can accomplish what you want.

    1. Store each page's values in the Session bag as you redirect to different pages.
    2. Put your different "pages" in Panel controls and hide/show these panels as needed.

    There's probably even more, but those two are off the top of my head.
