we are acessing Yahoo programatically via API and the results that are fetched from API are some 20-30% different From Yahoo SERPS.

So Yahoo also have some datacenters as well?>

Only MSN RSS feeds results programatically match with SERPS.

so duz , why doesnot Google , Yahoo Serps match with their APi 100% as MSN does?

It is just the way the different search engines have chosen to implement their API. Serps are often different depending on the datacenter and the API is no exception.

Yes Yahoo have a range of datacenters but I haven't catalogued them for a while.
