Select the table you want to export, go to File -> Export and select Microsoft Word Merge or Rich Text Format from the list

(the very low-tech response) copy-paste works as well between Access and Word.

You can also create a report based on whatever data and then export the report to Word from the Report Button Bar.

Hi TerenceHewett,

Just a word of caution in the context of this question...(and not in reponse to the Q.)
Under no circumstances should you open your Access database using Word (as in File>Open...)
This action is enough to corrupt your mdb file irretrievably.

Thanks to Pete for the advice. I hope this is ok with you all, but I think that between all of your solutions I will get the desired output. For this reason, I will split the points between the three responses.  If I have any additional problems here I will post another question. Thanks again.

Regards,
Terry.
