outlook 2003

Hello I have a client that is using 2003 exchange server and all teh clients have outlook 2003. She wants to know when teh people that are connected to teh same system open her mail, and read it. Let m eknow how to get this working for her. Thank you

    Hi eberhardt2329,
    Do you mean to say that she wants to have a read receipt for all the messages? If yes, then she can turn that option on by going to Tools->Options->Advanced Email Options->Tracking Options.

    Setting the tracking options as kaur has suggested IS what you are after.

    But be aware that each of the other users can have their local clients set NOT to send the response, even if requested. ( <--- might be a server level registry hack for this )

    Without a third-party add-in (most of which are either expensive or totally invasive and insecure, for both the sender and receiver) there is no way to be certain you will still get the delivery and/or read receipts you are after.
