CA eTrust

Has anybody worked with eTrust Audit or eTrust Security command center?

I am looking to find out what the quality of these products are and can't find too much information through googlig. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

I have personal experience with eTrust.  I worked with the Microsoft Help Desk and that is that Security suite of choice.  It is good.  It launches at startup, runs in the background and can be controlled to run ad-hoc scans as you choose.  As far as pricing, I do not know.  I do know that it is a good viable choice for network security. - Good Luck.  It is one of the better choices available.

I personally agree with Martinez719. We use eTrust here and I believe it is top of the line, and it is completely transparent to the user. Very easy to manage, and integrates well with ePolicy Orchestrator and all other CA products. Top of the line, certainly beats the heck out of McAfee or Symantec.

Are you guys talking about antivirus? i was actually referring to two other products which don't have much to do with antivirus:

eTrust Audit (centralized event log collector)
eTrust Security command center (corelation for collected logs)

Yeah...eTrust Security Command center ...we are using it...I am not very much infavour.......the integration with Unicenter not really up to the mark...But it depends on your requirements...HIPAA requirement is not here and no rules applies to us..I heard for regulatory purposes its really useful..
